Body Toning

The Body Toning Treatment works by toning your muscles to change your body shape. It uses faradic current and is a form of electrical stimulation ideally suited for firming and toning. The low-frequency current is delivered through conductive pads that are positioned over specific muscle groups. A series of short pulses are delivered through the pads to stimulates the motor points of the muscle triggering a visible muscle contraction.

By varying the intensity of the current, the pulse length, wave form and the rest period between each muscle contraction, faradic treatments can be customized to the needs of each individual.

Each treatment session provides a form of passive muscle exercise and a typical 20 minute stomach treatment is the equivalent of doing 300 perfect sit ups.
